Boiler Servicing
All new boilers come with a 1 – 10 year warranty and to ensure this warranty remains valid servicing, by a Gas Safe Registered engineer is required annually. This also ensures it’s not only working properly but most efficiently. A faulty boiler could mean higher heating bills or could even result in leaking poisonous carbon monoxide. We will:

Remove the casing to look at all components

Inspect your boiler and all controls

Check for corrosion and any leaks

Check the gas pressure and flow using a flue gas analyser ensuring the boiler is burning the correct mix of gas and air

Electrical connections are clean and in good working condition

Check fans, key components and electrodes

Safety devices are checked

Ensure the condensate trap and pipe are clear

Check water and gas pipework

Put the casing back and check all seals
Boiler Breakdown & Repairs
Boiler breakdowns always happen at the most convenient time don’t they?
Boiler issues could be no hot water or no central heating or water leaks causing the boiler to lose pressure or common manufacture error codes, which require a Gas Safe Engineer by law to be able to work on and repair. At S R C Heating and Plumbing Ltd. we will have your combi boiler, system boiler or regular boiler fixed safely and as quickly as possible.
Boiler Installations
All our boiler installations are carried out by Gas Safe Registered professionals and normally completed within one day. We are familiar with all boiler brands and all boiler fault codes. We install and/or service boilers including Ideal, Worcester, Vaillant, Baxi, Ariston and the list goes on! Whatever boiler is most suitable for your needs or however complex the system we will always do our utmost to not leave you without heating or hot water. Our priority is to get your boiler system up and running for you with minimal hassle and delay.
